Non Electrical Items

1. All uneven color, uneven surface, black dots, white dots, minor pinholes are NON DEFECTIVE, it is common cosmetic imperfection for cast iron and ceramic products as it involves manual process.

2. For wooden items, it is natural wood hence no choice of lighter , darker, more lines lesser lines, all these are non DEFECTIVE.

3. In short, all comestic imperfections and natural wood occurrence are NOT RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE/EXCHANGABLE.


Electrical Items

1. Only faulty items are allowed to claim warranty whenever applicable. Faulty refers to item unable to power on or the heating element no hot.

2. User issues such as unable to achieve the desire result are not constitute of defect. No return and exchange allowed in this case.


Return Procedure

1. Email customerservice@wisdomkitchenforyou.com or whatsapp to +60 10-401 8814 the defect issues with clear photo and video within 24 hours or recipient of items.

2. Should the items entitled for return and exchange or return and refund, a new AWB will be sent to you to return the defective items. You are then required to print and stick on the parcel and you can choose to drop off or wait for Poslaju pick up.

3. You are advised to wrap the items securely and safely. You can then drop the nearest POSLAJU branch, please do get acknowledgement from them that your item is received. If you choose for pick up , please note that we are not in control of when courier Pick up schedule and their mode of operation (whether they will call before they pick or not). Alternatively, you can use your own way to return and please inform Stephanie Chan accordingly.

4. Once we receive the items in GOOD condition, we will then ship your replacement item or process the refund.


Refund Policy

  1. Items that has been used are non refundable.

  2. If your items are defective and no replacement stock available, and refund is the only option , we will do a full refund. All refund will be done only after we receive the item safely with the condition as initially stated.

  3. If you are returning an item, we will send you an AWB (Airway Bill) that you are required to print and stick on the parcel and you can choose to drop off or wait for Poslaju pick up. Please note that we cannot control courier Pick up schedule and their mode of operation (whether they will call before they pick or not). 

Missing Parcel

  1. We will send the parcel tracking number to you and informing you the tracking number of the parcel, please do your own monitoring to ensure it reaches you and should it stated as DELIVERED but you did not receive it, please inform us ASAP. Courier service only allow up to 14days to report loss or claim on non delivered parcels.
